The Supernova Graduate Program
The Supernova Program is a three-year career accelerator designed to fast-track high-performing graduates into technical experts and future leaders in product engineering, product management, and product design. As a Blockchain Engineer in this program, you'll build and maintain our platform serving millions of daily active users while working cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams.
This role offers comprehensive exposure to the full life cycle of crypto platforms, including professional and retail trading, asset management, and wallet services. You'll have the opportunity to ship high-quality features through rapid iterations while learning from industry experts.
Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Blockchain Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop cutting-edge crypto-linked products within our global engineering team
- Build high-availability, high-performance distributed services with scalability in mind
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to transform ideas into features that scale to millions of users
- Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new solutions to address growing business needs
- Maintain technical documentation and participate in code reviews with peers
- Work on optimization projects to maximize user satisfaction in time-critical environments
Qualifications We Seek
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Blockchain Technology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related fields (self-taught enthusiasts with equivalent knowledge are also encouraged to apply)
- Familiarity with theoretical foundations and algorithms of zero-knowledge proofs including zkSNARK, zkSTARK, plonk, Groth16, and Halo2
- Proficiency in Java or Go language, Solidity, and blockchain fundamentals
- Understanding of Ethereum and other blockchain architectures
- Strong interest in blockchain technology with excellent learning capabilities
- Creativity and ability to identify technical gaps while improving workflow efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cryptographic algorithms such as homomorphic encryption, ring signatures, or threshold signatures
- Knowledge of mainstream DeFi projects like MakerDao, Uniswap, Compound, or Synthetix
- Understanding of NFT ecosystems and applications
- Experience with zero-knowledge proof circuits using C++ or Rust
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin
